Hello, If you’re looking for support for a young person or adolescent under your care or guidance as a parent/carer, you’ve come to the right place.
Meet Hayley
From being a young person, I have always had a passion for wanting to help others which is why I chose to study as a mental health nurse at The University of Nottingham, where I qualified in 2006.
In my training it was confirmed that working with children, adolescents and families was where my focus and drive was. I went on to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings where I gained experience in various roles, treating an array of difficulties of young people and families within different teams.
It is important to me to work collaboratively with young people and families, in a way that feels helpful. My transparent and flexible approach is key to developing healthy working relationships to promote change.
I look forward to working with you.
What Can I Help With?
Individual support for young people
A safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings around anxiety, low mood, eating difficulties, problem solving, self esteem, friendships, sleep difficulties or life in general.
Young person & parent support
Time to talk openly about issues with the safety of having an experienced facilitator to guide and explore ways to improve the situation.
Parent support
Take the time to speak openly about issues, check concerns out or problem solve in a safe environment where I can guide and provide strategies and resources to support the family.
Clinical supervision for practitioners
If you are looking for a supervisor who can be flexible, approachable and has a knowledge and passion for working with young people and families, it would be great to hear from you.
